In addition, the company is a well-established manufacturer of critical foundry equipment, including Refractory Ramming Systems, Foundry Ladles and Ladle Gearboxes, and Ladle Heating Systems, all designed to perform reliably under demanding industrial conditions and in compliance with international standards.

Expanding its expertise into casting production, İDEAL MODEL also operates under the IDE-ALCAST brand, specializing in Aluminum Gravity Die Casting (Permanent Malt Casting) parts, with a strong focus on quality, process control, and sustainable manufacturing.

Headquartered and manufacturing in Turkey, İDEAL MODEL operates through a strong international network with representatives in more than 10 countries worldwide, and maintains its own trading office in China, reinforcing its position as a global solution provider for the foundry industry.

“My journey in the foundry industry began at a young age when I started working as a pattern maker almost by coincidence. Over time, this path evolved into a story that extended from craftsmanship to engineering solutions and turnkey foundry projects.”

I was born in Istanbul in 1958. I started my professional life during my student years by working alongside experienced craftsmen while continuing my education at Sultanahmet Technical and Industrial Vocational High School.

After gaining experience and mastering the profession, I founded IDEAL MODEL in Istanbul in 1981, guided by my own ideals and vision. From the beginning, I focused on building a company culture based on quality, discipline, and strong communication.

Over the years, we expanded our team and capabilities, transforming IDEAL MODEL from a small pattern workshop into an engineering and manufacturing company that develops turnkey foundry projects and produces foundry machinery.

Today, with nearly five decades of industrial experience, I continue to contribute to the development of the Turkish and global foundry industries. Supporting young engineers and professionals entering the sector is a responsibility I value greatly.

Alongside IDEAL MODEL, we are also investing in the future of the industry through IDE-ALCAST, our aluminium gravity die casting production initiative.
