Beste Özdeşlik

Board Member

Beste Özdeşlik is a board member at Sistem Teknik Sanayi Fırınları A.Ş., working across industrial furnace, heat treatment, vacuum and fire-test technologies, with a focus on high-value, customer-tailored engineering and export growth. She holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (with a dual major) from Koç University and completed a Professional MBA at Sabancı University.

She is the President of EFSİAD (2025–2027) and takes active roles in multiple sector associations. Her vision is to strengthen Türkiye’s industrial furnace ecosystem through advanced engineering, energy efficiency and CO₂ reduction, delivering customized process solutions with measurable performance and service excellence.

In addition, she leads Sarvion, focusing on furnace maintenance, repair, overhaul, modernization, and heating system conversion projects, supporting customers both on-site and remotely.
